We created two new roles for forum members!!!!!

We just created two new roles for us. 
BG Elder & BG Elite
Members who got these roles will get colored badges that can make themselves stand out in the group.
How do we get those roles?
I am not gonna tell you guys yet, but they have something to do with reputation and posts
