Game crash

My Blockman GO launcher just keeps crashing i restarted my pc but still the problem isn't solved.
Please Help

Just Delete And Install BLOCKMAN GO Again Same I also Got Crash I Delete And Install Its Now Working

Please upload the client.log and old_engine_pc.log under C:\blockmango-client\client\document and if the issues still occurs upload client.log & old_engine_pc.log in the replies it helps BG Officials to trace the error and fix it ASAP.

Memory Blocks Application To run properly and memory so important to process the game to run but if Mermory blocks it the app just crash This error used in windows 7 , 8 8.1

Better upload these three logs, the client.log and old_engine_pc.log under C:\blockmango-client\client\document, launcher.log under C:\blockmango-client\launcher
Upload these three files to other website and share the link to us.

client.log and old_engine_pc.log files are located on C:\blockmango-client\client\document
After the issue occurs, upload those files from C:\blockmango-client\client\document and upload it to another website then share the link in the replies by tagging Allizwel002 in the post. (make sure the links are public & are set to never expire)

@AashirBG Where are these files? I don't see any files, but anyway, I'm having the same issue, I downloaded blockmango a few days ago and the problem is that it would just keep crashing and autoclose by itself.

@BloodNeedle Please copy and paste the '%LOCALAPPDATA%\BlockmanGo' to the file explorer
upload the launcher.log in the launcher file
engine2_pc.log in engine2\document folder
Upload these three files to other website and share the link to us.

@Rishu23 By the way, theres only client, download, engine2 and launcher but the engine2 file is empty, when I open the engine2 file but it wasn't named engine2\document. It would always say "This folder is empty." Is this normal? And by the way, I only have the launcher.log, is that ok? That's all I can find from your instructions.

@BloodNeedle other website is meant by File Storing Websites such as Google Drive or Drop box, etc

@BloodNeedle inside the client folder there will be a "document" folder where you can find the logs files. If it is empty I guess you shall try launching the launcher once more so it can log the errors.
