@Tm1nd Follow these steps,I tell below -

Tap on the button at the bottom right > Tap Storage space management > Look at the 3rd button [It should show "Cache"]

Then look at the sides,It should say "Click to clean" and there you go after tapping that.Simply restart your BMGO/phone and see if it works. If it doesn't record the problem and upload it on YT and send it here and I'll report it to the officials.
